Cuban Crafters' Red Label- A Good, Though Not Glorious, Smoke

I've been gone on vacation for a few days, so here's my latest rating, with the Don Kiki Brown Label to follow by tomorrow!

Cuban Crafters Don Kiki Red Label 7x50 Churchill $2.00

Construction: Nothing remarkable about this cigar’s construction. It was well shaped and wrapped to perfect tightness but, though not ugly, was not beautiful either. Its medium brown wrapper was a little veiny, and gave off a pleasant, if not pungent or fragrant, aroma. 3

Lighting: Cut and lit well, with a good draw. It developed a 1 ¼ inch gray-white ash. Burned slightly unevenly, requiring a bit of re-firing to even it out. 3

Flavor: This cigar was good, and pleasant to smoke, but offered simple leather flavors adding coffee as it burned down. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it. 4

Comments: I had to give this a 4 because it had good, though uncomplicated flavors. However, I believe some of the other Cuban Crafters would be more likely to be included in my humidor.
